Pricing

Three packages. Published prices. No surprises.

Most agencies hide their pricing behind "let's hop on a discovery call." TruNode publishes everything up front. Pick the tier that fits — or ask for a custom quote.

These tiers cover the majority of small-business projects, but they're starting points — not boxes. If yours doesn't fit, submit an inquiry and you'll have a custom quote back within a day. No discovery-call gauntlet required.
You handle: copywriting (or commission it as an add-on), photography, domain registration, hosting fees, and any third-party plugin or app subscriptions. Everything you'll need to pay outside the project fee gets itemized clearly before we start.
Both are billed by your provider directly. Hosting typically runs $5–$15 per month, a domain $15–$20 per year. Recommendations and setup help are included at no charge.
Each project includes a 30-day (or 60-day for Premium) post-launch warranty for any bugs that surface after launch — no charge. After that, ongoing maintenance is available as a $150/month retainer covering updates, patches, and small content changes. Or you can manage everything yourself; the site is yours to keep.
Additional rounds are $300 each. Most projects don't need them — clear feedback grouped into the included rounds usually does the job. A "round" is one batch of feedback delivered together, with no limit on individual changes inside it.
Every project is split 50/50: half to begin work, half before launch. No interest, no fees, no monthly billing. Larger Premium projects can be split into three payments by request.
The 50% deposit covers the planning and discovery work and is non-refundable. After development begins, cancellation fees scale with how far along the project is. Full details live in the standard agreement, which you'll see before signing.
Yes — most projects are remote-first regardless of where the client is based. Working with a Central Maryland business is nice; working with someone across the country is just as easy.
